How to use
Use Baharat as seasoning, marinade, dry rub & condiment for lamb, fish, chicken, beef, seafood, legume & vegetables. A staple in in making koshari, falafel, kofta, shawwerma, maqlubah, waraq enab & stuffed eggplant. Add to hummus, baba ganoush or yogurt sauce to give the dish to the a true Laventine flavor, just a pinch of the mix adds luxurious flavor to even the simplest dish.
