We had a late brunch for our leap year feast. This time we made 3" thick OP Ribs seasoned with Capetown Bra'ai, that we pan-seared in a @fieldcompany cast iron pan then oven roasted for 35 minutes at 150°C.
Served with sides of Tuscan Fries, Sauteed Mushroom, Smashed Potatoes with Cherry Tomatoes, Mixed Salad And Rocket, and of course our favorite roasted garlic!
